On behalf of the Secretariat-General of HKPKI Forum, we would like to congratulate Ms. Surangkana Wayuparb (Executive Director and CEO of Electronic Transactions Development Agency of Thailand) on being the 2017-2018 Chairman-elect of Asia PKI Consortium.
