The Asia PKI Consortium 2016 International Symposium - Electronic ID, Building Ecosystem Right Is the Key was successfully held on 30 November 2016 in Bangkok, Thailand.

The symposium provided a forum for leaders and specialists across the world to present and discuss interoperability challenges, opportunities and technologies in electronic ID and cross-border e-Cheque under the latest development in PKI and authentication.

The international symposium was well supported by Thailand Government and CAs from China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea and Thailand; as well as experts from Finland and Norway to share the latest development and to promote the electronic ID.
